Refunds

All purchases of digital products (photosets) are final and non-refundable.

• Once a purchase is completed and the download link has been made available, we cannot issue a refund under any circumstances.

• This applies even if the purchase was made by mistake, whether on the part of the customer or the store owner.

Because these are digital goods, access is permanent and cannot be returned, which is why refunds are not possible.

Exchanges

We do understand that mistakes happen, and we want you to be happy with your experience. That’s why we allow exchanges in certain cases:

• If you accidentally purchased the wrong photoset, you may request an exchange for another photoset of equal price and quantity.

• Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of purchase.

• Exchange requests are subject to approval and availability.
